1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to process a return or issue a refund.
- Condition of the Product: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. If the item has been used or is not in its original condition, it may not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. Langluxuniee Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
3.1 Refund Time Frame
- Processing Time: It may take up to 7 business days for us to inspect the returned item and process your refund.
- Bank Processing Time: Please note that once we issue the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method and the policies of your bank or payment provider. This can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days.
3.2 Partial Refunds

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
